Alexis brings a very strong focus on the body into all of her sessions and she does this because she recognises that there is a natural ease and wisdom that comes from living in a way that's connected to the body. Most of us lived this way very naturally as children and Alexis supports people to make their way back to this gorgeous simplicity. Returning isn't hard, we just have to systematically discard everything that we have taken on that is not us. Through the bodywork that Alexis offers she is able to support people back in a very practical way.
