Carmel is a fully qualified and experienced counsellor who is particularly interested in helping people to feel and express who they truly are with confidence.
In the UK she worked in the field of Personal Development coaching and counselling for over 30 years, running groups, workshops and individual sessions in the Corporate and Private sector. She has been in Australia since 2017, and has undertaken further training in Counselling in order to update her skills and to meet Australian standards.
As well as offering one to one Counselling sessions, Carmel offers Relaxation Massage, Esoteric Massage, Esoteric Chakra Puncture, Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy and Esoteric Healing as general support for the body. These are gentle therapies that can be used alongside formal medical treatments.
