I first began training as a complementary therapist in 2007 and have offered sessions for the last ten years. During the now 17 years of training, my own lifestyle changes along with receiving the modalities from other practitioners, have supported improvements in health and well-being. It is in the choices we make towards that well-being that ultimately supports us to observe the habits we have that restrict our development. It is only when we see something with clarity that we can change it.
