Who I know myself to be now is a vast contrast to who I thought I was 12 or so years ago.
Life for me now is all about humanity and my place within it, and what supports me hugely in this, is my choice to live a very simple, more harmonious and connected self caring life, making it all about the quality I move in and the presence I hold, which I have come to know as true self care.
This transformation came about after learning the Esoteric Healing Modalities presented through Universal Medicine (www.universalmedicine.com.au)

This journey has inspired me to study and offer these modalities to others, as I know firsthand how they compliment the body so beautifully with supporting the body back to it's natural rhythm and flow, and confirming our true amazing self. This forms a vital part of my role as a practitioner and the level of care I can offer others.
