Marika is a Health & Wellbeing Professional with 20+ years delivering and advising on health, fitness, body awareness and lifestyle medicine to a global clientele.

Since 2007 Marika has operated a private part-time clinic offering Universal Medicine Therapies, Counselling, Lifestyle Coaching, Yoga and Meditation. She is inspired by the profound support, connection and healing that the complementary to medicine modalities bring to people’s bodies and lives, including her own.

Marika has always been strongly connected to both the physical and energetic aspects of the body. She brings a steady, calm, deep care into the treatment room, whilst naturally reflecting the healing benefits of simplicity and playfulness.

Training is something that has been a lifelong passion for Marika, and presenting so natural and an absolute joy. Marika currently works for Evolve College as a Trainer and Assessor for the Diploma of Remedial Massage & the Diploma of Counselling.
